 As real estate investors ourselves, we understand how important it is to have someone you can trust to manage your biggest assets. We are available to market your properties, screen tenants, handle maintenance issues, manage rents and deposits, assist with eviction issues or difficult tenants, perform property inspections at least every six months, understand the laws and codes that have to do with tenants and landlords, handle the paperwork such as leases and business licenses, and many more things that need to be done in order to protect your investment properties. 

 We recognize the need to be available for our tenants and owners at all times. We will be available through our sophisticated software program as well as by email or phone. We will communicate with you regularly so that you are assured your properties are in good hands.

Chantel Markel, Realtor

 Chantel has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. Prior to that she owned her own Bookkeeping/Secretarial business since 1991. Chantel has a solid understanding of what it takes to run a business.

Staying educated and current is her top priority. She is not afraid to learn about the latest technology in order to increase her business and make things easier on her clients. Unlike some Realtors, she wasn’t afraid to tackle short sales and has even received her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR).

Chantel has served in many leadership positions including Women’s Council of Realtors Local Chapter President and later as the Women’s Council of Realtors Utah Chapter President. She has also served on the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) for the Washington County Board of Realtors.

Chantel is committed to child welfare in the community. She has been a foster mom since 1993 fostering over 75 children, three of which she has adopted. She has served as the Chair of the Children’s Justice Center Friend’s Board, and also chaired the Continuous Improvement/Qualitative Assurance team for the Division of Child and Family Services. In addition, she was a domestic violence victim advocate for several years.
